Customer Configuration Change Request Form
Lease Line & Broadband Internet Customers can request the following
changes on their router (Customer Configuration Change Request Form ):
- static route modification
- one to one mapping (NAT)
- NAT reconfiguration
- IP modification
The information collected from you will be used for the purpose
of processing your purchase orders and managing your account with us.
We will not disclose the information to any other party, except our mother
company, CITIC Pacific Communications Limited, in a form that would identify
you. You have the right to request to access and correct your information

CPCNet offers on-site service for Support Maintenance and for Router
set up or replacement for existing customers.
Customers can apply for the service by downloading and filling in the
below forms
