Customer Configuration Change Request Form

Lease Line & Broadband Internet Customers can request the following changes on their router (Customer Configuration Change Request Form ):

- static route modification
- one to one mapping (NAT)
- NAT reconfiguration
- IP modification

The information collected from you will be used for the purpose of processing your purchase orders and managing your account with us. CPCNet offers on-site service for Support Maintenance and for Router set up or replacement for existing customers.
