you need to do the following:
Remove the READ-ONLY attributes of files
C:\Program Files\iPass\iPassPSync\PalmiPass\Sync Files\palmregion.txt
C:\Program Files\iPass\iPassPSync\PalmiPass\Sync Files\palmpbook.txt
Use your My Computer
Explorer to go to directory
C:\Program Files\iPass\iPassPSync\PalmiPass\Sync Files
Right-click on the file and choose Properties.
Uncheck the box for Read-Only
