A Total Remote Access Solution with easy management
CPCNet Managed Roaming service provides business a total solution from
setup of the roaming server at CPCNet's Hosting Center, usage billing,
maintenance of system components and 24x7 customer support.
Roaming Server
The roaming server that resides at CPCNet's Hosting Center authenticates
to the remote Internet access requests of users. The solution is highly
available and regularly maintained by CPCNet's engineers, for security
and reliability.
Customised Dialer
CPCNet provides customers with a customised iPassConnect dialer with the
customer's company logo, allowing the mobile users to access to iPass
worldwide network.
The dialer supports multiple access methods (dial-up or ISDN) and different
languages, and is compatible with many computing devices. Remote access
numbers are automatically updated to keep the phonebook current.
Domain for Login
Customers can choose their own domain as part of their login account,
e.g., user@domain.com.
Centralised Administrative Control
A web-based user management system is provided for customers to create,
delete, disable, enable and change passwords for user accounts. With this
tool, businesses can have a centralised administrative control on all
roaming user accounts.
Usage Monitoring
In order to prevent user account abuse, CPCNet provides customers with
timely notification in case there is any unusual roaming activity.
Usage Billing / Report
CPCNet provides customers with a monthly bill describing usage of all
their users. Usage billing is done on per minute per zone basis.
