Mr. Joel Ma joined CPCNet in April 2003 as a Telcom Consultant, International Business and he was appointed as Vice President, Product Development & Global Data Business in January 2004. In his current job as Executive Vice President, International Business and Partnetship, he is responsible for the management and development of international business and overseas markets.

Prior to joining CPCNet, Mr. Ma was the Managing Director, Asia Pacific of Millennium 3 Communications (M3COM), which is a USA based emerging Carrier. He has held various senior positions with PCCW. He has been working for 30 years in the telecommunications sector in Hong Kong. He has acquired considerable hands-on experiences and knowledge of Sales and Marketing, Network Consulting, Regulation, Carrier relationships, Operation and Product Management for managing International Businesses.

Mr. Ma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of East Asia, Macau and is a Chartered Marketer.
