Mr. Esmond Li joined CITIC Pacific Communications as Vice President in May 2001 and is also Chief Financial Officer of CPCNet. Prior to joining CITIC Pacific Communications, he has worked for Netalone.com Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT Group and Ernst & Young, CPA with extensive financial exposure and excellent progress development. He has also been seconded to Cable & Wireless PLC in London in 1996. Mr. Li has more than 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting field in Hong Kong.

Mr. Li obtained his MBA from the University of Warwick in UK. He holds a fellow membership of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and is an associate membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State and a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in the United States.
