	Negotiate with solution vendors on technical features and commercial terms; coordinate with internal departments on platform implementation, operation workflow and support logistics;

Job Requirements:

Job Duties:
	Keeps the security policies secure by evaluating customers' change requests
	Acquires a deep insight in the customers' network infrastructure, proactively suggests enhancements to the customers
	Security Devices policies in view of new security threats (e.g., the firewall policies and access control lists)
	Pre-sales and Pro-sales support
	Performs daily log analysis of the Serviced Security Devices
	Detect anomalous traffic that could indicate network troubles or intrusion targeting
	Assists in the detection and resolution of possible problems caused by security incidents
	Keeps the Serviced Security Devices software up-to-date with the latest versions, patches, and signatures
	Regular reports the management, monitoring and health status of the Serviced Security Devices to both customers and company's management
Job Requirements:
	Diploma/Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or related Information Security topics
	Minimum 2-3 year experience in information security or 5 years support experience in IT or telecommunications industries with 2 years in project management
	In-depth knowledge of networking, TCP, UDP, IP, Routing and Network topologies
	In-depth knowledge of security products, Firewalls, Network IDS, Host-based IDS, IPS, Vulnerability scanners and Proxy Servers
